Description

7 Regent Terrace is an early 19th-century stucco-fronted building. It has a new slate roof with two slate-hung hipped dormers. The building is two storeys and has an attic. There are two windows on the first floor; one is a sash window with glazing bars, and the other is a segmental bow window with margin lights. On the ground floor, a sash window is set within a moulded architrave, and to the left is a shallow wood lattice porch with a semi-circular arch. The building is included in the listing for its group value, forming a group with numbers 1 to 23 Regent Terrace.
