Description

Nos 8 and 9 Regent Terrace date from the early 19th century. They have rendered frontages and slurried slate roofs. No. 8 features two large slate-hung dormers. The buildings are two storeys and have an attic, each with a single-fronted design. Mid-to-late 19th-century splayed bays extend from the fronts over two floors, accompanied by shallow wood lattice porches. These properties are included on the list for their group value, as part of Nos 1 to 23 Regent Terrace.
