Description

Stanley Guest House, located at 23 Penzance, is an early 19th-century building constructed from granite rubble with a slate roof that features a half-hipped end. The building has wide eaves soffits and stands two storeys tall, with three sash windows that include glazing bars and revealed casings. An open porch supported by Tuscan columns and an entablature adds to its architectural appeal. The end wall is rendered and includes a modern shop window. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 23 consecutively.
