Description
21 Regent Terrace is an early 19th-century building featuring a roughcast exterior and a slate roof with wide eaves. It stands two storeys high and has three sash windows without glazing bars, each with flat architraves. The central doorway is flanked by Tuscan columns that support a square bay window above.
