Description
30 Cambridge Street is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The roof is tiled, and the structure is made of gault brick. It has a parapet with a moulded cornice and a gabled bay with coping at the eastern end. The recessed sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged segmental brick arches. The entrance is marked by a stucco doorcase that includes glazing bars, pilasters supporting an entablature, and a panelled door. This building is included for its group value with No 28, as they form a cohesive architectural group.
