Description

60 Mount Ephraim is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is rendered. It features a hipped slate roof and has three sash windows with verticals only. The first and second floors each have two 5-light bays. A Tuscan porch is present, along with an elliptical fanlight that is adorned with reeded pilasters. This property, along with Nos 58 to 61, forms a group with the pavement.
