Description

No. 58 Mount Ephraim is a building dating from 1746, located on the north-west side of Mount Ephraim. It is an early to mid-19th century structure featuring three storeys, with a stuccoed exterior and a rusticated ground floor. The building has a parapet and a dentilled cornice. The front elevation includes four sash windows, each set in moulded architraves. The south-west front has two storeys, a slate roof, three sash windows, and a simple doorcase topped with a later hipped weatherhood. Nos. 58 to 61, along with the pavement, form a cohesive group.
