Description

No. 61 Mount Ephraim is a mid-19th century building located on the north-west side of Mount Ephraim. It is three storeys tall and has a stuccoed exterior with a slate roof. The building features two sashes that do not have glazing bars and are adorned with Regency style blinds. On the first and second floors, there is a four-light bay window. The entrance has a simple doorcase set within a moulded architrave. Nos. 58 to 61, along with the pavement, form a cohesive group.
