21 High Skellgate is an early 19th-century building featuring roughcast walls and a pantiled roof. It stands two storeys tall and has three bays, which include cased flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance door is adorned with an oblong fanlight and is set within a wooden Tuscan surround.
