Description

Number 20, Regent Terrace is an early 19th-century building of stucco construction with a granite basement and a slate roof. The property comprises two storeys and an attic, along with a basement. It features three windows with sash glazing bars. A small hipped dormer is present. An open porch supported by Tuscan columns shelters a bay window above, which has splayed angles and sashes with semi-circular headed lights. A flight of steps leads to the porch, accompanied by iron railings. The rear of the building showcases a central, slate-hung, semi-circular stair bay, and on either side are two-storey semi-circular bay windows with curved sashes and margin lights. Numbers 1 to 23 Regent Terrace form a group.
