Description
Number 1 North Parade is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco with granite chamfered quoins. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows with sash frames that do not have glazing bars. A string course runs along the building, and there is a central doorway that is framed by a granite round-headed architrave with a keyblock and a fanlight above. The building also has two slate-hung hipped dormers and a slate roof. It is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms part of a collection that includes numbers 1 to 27 North Parade, along with numbers 1 to 6 Parade Passage and numbers 2 to 12 Park Corner.
