Description

This is an early 19th-century building in Penzance, located on the south side of Green Market. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate hipped roof with wide eaves soffits. The building is three storeys high and features two windows on each upper floor. These windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with the second-floor windows having moulded architraves. The ground floor currently contains a modern shop front. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value, set alongside numbers 3 to 7 (consecutively) and the White Lion Hotel, as well as numbers 1 to 3 (consecutively) on Alverton Street.
