Description

No. 3 Green Market is a building from the 18th or 19th century that has been entirely rebuilt. It features a stucco exterior and a hipped roof covered with new slates, along with a wide eaves soffit. The building stands three storeys tall and has three sash windows with glazing bars and raised architraves. On the Alverton Street side, there are two windows that are widely spaced. The ground floor has a large modern corner shop front that spans two elevations. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 3 to 7 Green Market and the White Lion Hotel, as well as Nos. 1 to 3 Alverton Street.
