Description
No. 87 Easton Street is an 18th-century building that has been significantly altered in the 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and an old tiled roof with a 19th-century gable on the right side. The building is two storeys high and has 19th-century and modern shop windows on the ground floor, with a cornice on the right. On the first floor, there are two 19th-century sash windows that are flush set in moulded frames, complete with friezes and a cornice. To the right, there is a three-light 19th-century oriel bay window. The eaves level has paired brackets supporting a wooden cornice. At the rear, there is an extensive early back wing.
No. 87 is part of a group with Nos. 86 to 90 and the railings to Nos. 89 and 90.
