Description

Nos 3 and 4 North Parade date from the early 19th century. They are rough-rendered buildings with slate roofs, and extend to two storeys and an attic. The front has four windows, which are sash windows. No. 4 retains its original glazing bars, while No. 3 has a large two-light dormer window. Both buildings have semi-circular headed doorways; No. 4 features a shallow wooden lattice porch. No. 4 also has a modern attic storey. The buildings are listed for their group value, forming a group with Nos 1 to 27 (consec), Nos 1 to 6 (consec) Parade Passage, and Nos 2 to 12 (consec) Park Corner.
