Description
No. 10 North Parade is an early to mid-19th century building located in Penzance. It is constructed of stucco and features end pilasters. The building has a slate hipped roof with wide eaves and stands three storeys tall. There are two sash windows on the upper floors, which do not have glazing bars, and keyblocks are present on the ground floor. To the right, there is a semi-circular headed doorway that is sheltered by a shallow open porch supported by paired slender Tuscan columns and an entablature.
