Description

No. 30 Ashbourne Road is an early 19th-century building made of stucco. It stands two storeys high and features five sash windows, with the right-hand side showcasing an oval bay that contains three windows on the ground floor and one above. The entrance has a well-crafted six-panelled door set in a reeded stucco case, complete with a rectangular fanlight and a cornice hood supported by brackets. The building has a wide, moulded eaves cornice and gabled ends, and it is topped with a slate roof. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 24 to 28 Ashbourne Road.
