Description
No. 38 Ashbourne Road is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands two storeys high and features four sash windows with flush frames and segmental arched heads. The east-facing side has a two-storey projection, a cornice, and a shallow parapet topped with two ball finials. The entrance is a recessed semi-circular headed doorway, which includes a large radial fanlight and a half-glazed divided door. The roof is gabled with a valley and covered in slate. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 24 to 38 Ashbourne Road.
