Description

28 Ashbourne Road is an early 19th-century detached house. It is built of stucco and has two storeys. The front features three sash windows and two canted bay windows on the ground floor, each with three windows. A notable feature is the Greek Ionic column porch, which has a plain semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door. The house also has a well-crafted moulded eaves cornice and a small parapet, with gabled ends and a slate roof. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 24 to 58 (even).
