Description

The Old Manor House is an early 19th-century building located at No. 6 Regent Terrace in Penzance. It features a stucco exterior and a slurried slate half-hipped roof. The house has two storeys, an attic, and a basement, with three late 19th-century windows. There are two-storey splayed bay windows and a sash window with glazing bars in between. A central open-work cast iron porch with a semi-circular arch and a key motif above adds to its character. The house also has two slate-hung hipped dormers. It is included in the listing for its group value, as it is part of a series of consecutive houses from Nos 1 to 23.
