Description

Penhale House is an early 19th-century building constructed of granite ashlar. It features a cornice and parapet, along with a string course and quoins. The building is two storeys high and has three windows with flat arched openings and recessed architraves. The sashes are fitted with glazing bars, and the ground floor has rusticated architraves. A central doorway is topped with a rectangular fanlight, and the house is positioned at a right angle to the road.
