Description

The Maldens is an early 19th-century house located at 1 Regent Terrace, Penzance. The exterior is roughcast, with slate hanging to the end gable. It has a slate roof with gable ends and a wide eaves soffit. The house is three storeys high, plus a basement, and features two sash windows without glazing bars. A shallow, wooden porch is located to the right, enclosed on its sides, and has a panelled architrave, a semi-circular fanlight, and a flat cornice. The property is included on the list for its group value, as part of numbers 1 to 23 Regent Terrace.
