Description

This is an early 19th-century building consisting of two houses, 31 and 33 North Street, Fowey. The exterior is roughcast. The building is three storeys high and has three sash windows on the ground floor. The windows above the ground floor have been replaced with two-light casements, although the original sash windows would have had glazing bars. There is a partly glazed, two-panelled door. The roof is slate. The building is included on the list because of its group value alongside numbers 27 to 39, the odd-numbered properties on North Street.
