Description

17 North Street is an early 19th-century building with later embellishments. It features a stucco exterior with a roughcast first floor and rusticated quoins. The building is two storeys high and has two sash windows without glazing bars, set in rusticated architraves with keyblocks on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a panelled and glazed door within a pilastered doorcase, topped with a cornice and a rectangular fanlight. The roof is steep and tiled, with gable ends.
