Description

Mellor House is an 18th-century cottage located on North Street in Fowey. The building is constructed of rubble, with the elevation facing North Street largely covered in early 20th-century brick. The southeast elevation, which faces the river, is made of colourwashed rubble and features three windows, which include both sashes and casements with glazing bars. The roof is slate.
