Description

Dolphs Cottage is a late 18th-century building located on Custom House Hill in Fowey. It is constructed of stone rubble and is colorwashed. The cottage has two storeys and an attic, featuring two sash windows that do not have glazing bars. A wide modern dormer is present on the roof, which is slate with gable ends. There are steps leading up to a central door that is sheltered by a modern porch canopy. Dolphs Cottage is included in a group listing with Nos 2 and 4, highlighting its group value.
