Description

This is a late 18th-century cottage located on Cliff Street in Mevagissey. It is constructed of colourwashed rubble and has two storeys and a basement. The front features one sash window with glazing bars. Steps lead to the front door, which is set back from the street. A wide door provides access to the basement at the centre of the building. The roof is slate. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming part of a group of properties numbered 25 to 43 (odd).
