Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house with a shop. The front is faced with incised stucco, and it has a roof covered with red clay pantiles, featuring a brick stack on the left. The building has a single-depth plan with a wing extending to the rear left. It is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The windows are late 19th-century four-pane sash windows with horns. The original shop front is located on the left side and features pilasters and a moulded entablature across the fascia. There is a nine-pane shop window to the left, and an overlight and partially glazed door to the right. A 20th-century door replaces the original at the central house doorway. The interior was not inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value and for the original shop front.
