Description
Cherry Tree Cottage is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on Stony Lane. It features a rendered and colour-washed facade with a slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has two windows on the first floor, which are sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has modern casement windows. There is a central entrance. Cherry Tree Cottage is listed as Grade II for its group value, as it forms part of a collection of buildings that includes Nos 163 to 169 (odd) and Nos 173 and 175, which are grouped with Nos 168 to 172 (even) opposite.
