Description
Laburnum Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Zetland Road. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior with a double slate roof. The cottage features three windows that are hung sashes with glazing bars, positioned above two canted bays, also with glazing bars. The entrance has a panelled door and a later wooden porch. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
