Description

No. 17 Bank Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century building. It stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick, and features a hipped slate roof with wide eaves. The façade includes three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars set in reveals and adorned with painted voussoirs. There is a central door, which is a later addition, that has an oblong fanlight above it. The entrance is sheltered by a portico, which has been approximately restored, supported by two round wooden columns.
