Description

Waterloo House is a late 18th-century stone rubble building of three storeys, situated in Fore Street, Fowey. The building exhibits five sash windows, with glazing bars only on the ground floor. The ground floor is rusticated, featuring a central door with a wide, reeded architrave, and rusticated quoins. A multipane bow window is visible on the north east elevation. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in slate.
