Description

This is an early 19th century house located on Passage Street, Fowey. The upper stories are built of red brick with a ground floor of coursed stone. The house is three stories high with an attic, and has three windows on each floor, featuring large sash windows with marginal lights and segmental brick arches. A central single-light sash window is also present. The central entrance has an eight-fielded-panel door. A moulded cornice with a fluted frieze runs along the top of the building, above which are three gabled dormers. The roof is slate and of a mansard design, with gable ends.
