Description

This is an early 19th century building on Beach Street. It is three storeys high and originally built with a roughcast exterior, now painted. It has a hipped tiled roof concealed by a parapet with coping. The front features two sash windows without glazing bars, each fitted with shutters. A three-light bay window was added to the first floor. A later shopfront is also present. The building is included on the list because of its contribution to the wider group value of numbers 59 to 69 (odd) on Beach Street.
