Description

Number 49 Beach Street is a mid-19th century building of four storeys. It is stuccoed and has a parapet with a moulded eaves cornice. The front features two sash windows, with a three-light bay window on the first floor. A doorcase with a rosette frieze and architrave is located on the left side of the ground floor, alongside a shopfront featuring three pilasters. Numbers 49 to 55 (odd numbers) form a group.
