Description

Beachbrow Private Hotel is an 18th-century building located at 29 Beach Street. It is three storeys high and constructed of painted brick, topped with a hipped slate roof featuring stone coping and a parapet. The façade includes three sash windows with segmental heads, and on the ground floor, there are two large three-light bow windows, although the glazing bars are missing. The entrance has a doorcase adorned with plain pilasters and an entablature. This hotel is part of a group that includes Nos 25 to 31 (odd) and Nos 35 and 37.
