Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Beach Street. It is a three-storey structure with a basement, and is stuccoed. The roof is tiled and hipped. The front facade has one sash window and two one-light windows on both the ground and first floors. A simple, round-headed doorcase features a semi-circular fanlight above a four-panelled door, accessed by three stone steps. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 25 and 37.
