Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Hope Street. It is constructed from engraved stucco and has two and three storeys. The front elevation features two sash windows and one small, semi-circular headed window. A simple wooden doorcase with a cornice tops the entrance, which now has a modern door and a plain rectangular fanlight above. The building has toothed eaves and a tiled roof. It is listed for its group value with nearby buildings.
