Description

19 Beach Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped tiled roof and a parapet. The front of the building is flanked by two plain pilasters. On the second floor, there are two sash windows with verticals only, while the first floor has a three-light bay window. The shopfronts, which date from the later 19th century, add to the building's character. This property is included for its group value, as it is part of a cohesive group with Nos 1 to 19 (odd).
