Description

This is an 18th-century building of three storeys, originally constructed in red brick with the ground floor now stuccoed. The main façade and entrance are located in Crown Court. The rear has a half-hipped gable facing Middle Street. The building features five sash windows. A prominent doorcase is set within a frame, incorporating a moulded frieze and a pediment supported by consoles. Number 12, Middle Street is part of a group that includes numbers 2 to 16 (even) on Middle Street, Chevne Cottage, number 9 South Street, and numbers 1 and 2 Crown Court.
