Description
This is a pair of mid-19th century buildings on Beach Street. They are three storeys high and faced with stucco. The roofs are slate-covered. Each property has two simple sash windows with vertical dividers. Each also has a simple doorcase. The buildings are listed at Grade II for group value, contributing to the character of Nos 1 to 19 (odd numbers) on Beach Street.
