Description
Nelson Cottage, located at No 5 Beach Street, is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. The ground floor is finished in stucco, while the upper floors are constructed of brown brick, topped with a slate roof. The cottage features two sash windows with intact glazing bars, and there are shutters on the ground floor window. The doorcase on the left side includes a rectangular fanlight.
