Description
No 1 Beach Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. The ground floor is finished in stucco, while the upper floors are made of brown brick. It features a hipped slate roof and has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The entrance is framed by a doorcase with pilasters.
