Description

Killowen, located at No. 15 Beach Street, is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. The exterior is finished in stucco, topped by a hipped tiled roof, which has a hipped slate section on the far left. The building features a parapet and has long and short quoins. On the first floor, there are two sash windows and one large bay window. The entrance is highlighted by a doorcase that includes pilasters and an entablature, with panelled reveals and an eight-panel door, two of which have been cut away and glazed. Nos 1 to 19 (odd) form a group.
