Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Forty Acres Road. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is covered with slate and is hipped. One sash window retains its original glazing bars. A doorcase on the left side features a round-headed fanlight above a four-panelled door. The building is part of a group with numbers 2 and 5 on the same road.
