Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Duke Street in South Molton. It is three storeys high and faced with stucco. The roof is slate-covered, with one gabled dormer window. A moulded cornice runs along the eaves. The building has three sash windows with original glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave. The central doorcase features a cornice and pilasters, a semicircular fanlight above the door, and a six-panelled door, with the lower two panels cut away and glazed.
