Description

No 30 on Broad Street in South Molton is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof and a paired bracket eaves cornice. The front has two sash windows, which only retain glazing bars in the upper parts. There is a later shopfront added to the ground level. On the side elevation, there is a doorcase that includes a six-panelled door and a rectangular fanlight above it.
