No 44 on High Street in Great Missenden is an early 19th-century building with a painted stucco exterior and a slate roof. It has two storeys, featuring a door on the left and an old shop window on the right. The first floor includes one double-hung sash window, which is four panes wide and has a gothic pattern at the top. There is a similar window on the right-hand side of the building, along with three plain sash windows.
