Description

This is an 18th-century front to a building that extends from number 70 on the High Street, located in Great Missenden. The building is constructed with painted roughcast walls and has an old tile roof, with a stack positioned on the right side. The facade is two storeys high. A six-panel door is set within an architrave surround, which is topped with an open pediment supported by shaped brackets. A window was originally present on the right side of the door, but its sashes have been removed. A horizontal sliding sash window is on the left side, also within an architrave, and two similar windows are on the first floor.
