No 29 on Broad Street in South Molton is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and a stucco exterior. It has a slate roof with a modillion eaves cornice. The front has two sashes with intact glazing bars set within moulded architraves. There is a later 19th-century shopfront that includes pilasters.
